Accessibility

We are committed to making catalystX accessible to as many people as possible, and to fixing barriers when you tell us about them.

Our commitment

We want catalystX to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or screen magnification. We design and build our customer-facing site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

How we do it

Accessibility is part of our development process, not an afterthought. Customer-facing pages are checked against WCAG 2.1 AA with both automated tooling and manual review — covering keyboard operability, colour contrast, focus visibility, and labelling for assistive technology — and we treat accessibility defects the same as any other bug.

Ongoing effort

Conformance is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time event. Some content or newer features may not yet fully conform, and we work to identify and correct issues as we find them or as they are reported to us.

Feedback & requests

If you encounter a barrier using this site, or need information from it provided in a different accessible format, email support@catalystxhealth.com. Tell us the page and the problem, and we will respond and work with you to provide the information or complete your request through an alternative channel. We aim to reply within five business days.
