Returns & refunds
Research compounds are final-sale. We stand behind delivery: anything that arrives damaged or incorrect, we make right.
- All sales final
- Because research compounds cannot be inspected, restocked, or resold once they leave our custody, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect product selection, or unwanted items.
- Cancelling an order
- You may cancel an order at no charge any time before it ships. Email support@catalystxhealth.com with your order number as soon as possible; if the order has not yet shipped we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, and the final-sale terms above apply.
- Damaged or incorrect orders
- If your order arrives damaged, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will replace it or issue a refund. This is the sole basis on which we accept a return.
- How to file a claim
- Email support@catalystxhealth.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging, shipping label, and the affected item(s). We review each claim and respond with next steps.
- Resolution & refund timing
- Approved claims are resolved by a replacement shipment or a refund to the original payment method, at our discretion. Approved refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of approval; the time to then appear on your statement is set by your bank and is outside our control.
- Undeliverable or refused packages
- A package returned to us as undeliverable — an incorrect or incomplete address, or refusal at delivery — can be reshipped once you confirm a corrected address, which incurs a new shipping charge, or refunded for the product amount less the original shipping (shipping already incurred is non-refundable). We contact you at the order email to choose. This is separate from the damaged/incorrect claims above.
- Not covered
- We cannot accept claims for items reported after the 7-day window, products that have been opened or used beyond what is needed to identify a defect, or losses arising from storage or handling after delivery.
