Shipping policy
We ship research compounds within the United States only, tracked, with documentation on the record for every order.
- Where we ship
- catalystX ships to destinations within the United States only. We do not ship internationally. Orders to addresses outside the U.S. cannot be processed and will be refunded.
- Rates
- Shipping is a flat $9.95 per order within the United States, and free on orders of $200 or more. The exact amount is calculated and shown at checkout once you enter your address.
- Promotions
- Orders of $150 or more include a complimentary Bacteriostatic Water, added automatically at checkout while supplies last. Orders of $200 or more also ship free.
- Processing
- Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days of a cleared payment. You receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
- Carrier & tracking
- Orders ship via a tracked U.S. carrier. A tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation and on your account order history. Transit time is set by the carrier and is separate from our processing time.
- Handling
- Compounds are packed to preserve integrity in transit. Temperature-sensitive items are packed appropriately for ground shipping; store them as described on the product page on arrival.
- Address accuracy
- You are responsible for providing a complete, correct U.S. shipping address. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy — we can reship to a corrected address for a new shipping charge, or refund the product amount less the original (non-refundable) shipping.
- Cancellations
- You may cancel an order before it ships for a full refund — email support@catalystxhealth.com with your order number. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
